With over a decade of experience in the veterans' affairs sector, Alex has become a trusted voice and a passionate advocate for those who have served our country. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including navigating the VA system, securing disability benefits, accessing mental health services, and advocating for policy changes that benefit the veteran community. Prior to joining NVSC, Alex worked at the Veterans Empowerment Foundation (VEF), where she developed and implemented innovative programs to address the unique challenges faced by returning veterans.
